Privacy Policy
Cape Fear Solutions LLC · Last updated: September 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Cape Fear Solutions LLC collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What this website collects
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or trackers. There is no login, no comment system, and no form on this site. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data, because we do not collect it here.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser user agent) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Information you send us directly
If you email us, or contact us by phone or text message, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry. We use that information solely to respond to you and to provide the services you ask about.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text message consent is never sold, rented, or transferred. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only for the messaging program described in our SMS Terms.
How long we keep information
Client and inquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the engagement and for ordinary business and tax records. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete what we are not legally required to retain.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who make our work possible, such as our email provider and messaging carrier, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We will disclose information if required by law.
Security
We apply the same practices we recommend to clients: least-privilege access, multi-factor authentication, encrypted transport, and no retention of data we do not need. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@capefearsolutions.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.
